Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our goal is to supply great quality products under the 100% control. Every part we produce is based on our client confirmation and QC checking.
With strict pre-work training, our staff members have adequate job-related knowledge of production technology and have developed a strong sense of quality and self-inspection.
Pursuing the goal of "No Defect on Quality, No Claim from Customers", we follow the international standards to provide customers with satisfactory products.
Quality Control Procedures
Prepare for production; the production line is set up and ready.
First inspection.
The products meet the requirements of the S.O.P. and specification.
Self-inspection.
The workers follow the first product with a self-check in the production line every 5 pcs, to see whether the products comply with standards.
IPQC to monitor the working stations for the production line.
Final inspection
When a batch of products is finished, before it turns to the next program, FQC needs to conduct a comprehensive inspection for each specification and standard.
